NOW!! -  Start talking about camp with kids and staff...make sure they have the dates saved!


November 18 – The promo materials are ready!  Contact Amber (ajost@yfc.net) if you would like to have the promo info sent to your chapter. 

March 23 – Your deposit of $100 per person (kids and staff) is due when you register online.  The $100 deposit per person is non-refundable and non-transferable.

March 23 – May 11 – If you need to drop some spots, you are allowed to decrease by 20% of the number you registered for on March 23.  Email Amber at ajost@yfc.net with your new numbers.   

May 11 – Your second payment of $100 per person (kids and staff) is due!  This money is non-refundable and non-transferable. NOTE: Regardless of how many spots you have filled, you are now responsible to pay $100 per person for a minimum of 80% of your original number.

 

May 11 - June 28 - If you need to drop more spots, you are allowed to decrease by 10% of your May 11 number. Email Amber at ajost@yfc.net with your new numbers.  On June 28, you are responsible for paying the final payment of $150 per person on 90% of your May 11 number.

 

June 28 – Your final payment of $150 per person is now due! NOTE:  Regardless of how many spots you have filled, you are now responsible to pay $120 per person for a minimum of 90% of your May 11 number.  This money is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

June 28 - Email your Housing Form to camp@yfc.org.  This form tells us about any special needs you may have (dietary, handicap, etc.) and lets us begin to put the housing assignments together.  This form is due by NOON MST!

 

July 9 - Email your AForm to camp@yfc.org!  This is your final list of people coming to camp.  If you make changes to this list after you email it to us, please bring a final copy with you to camp.  This form is due by NOON MST! 

 

Payment Example:

On March 23 you pay for 20 spots ($2000).  Between March 23 and May 11 you can decrease your number to 16 if necessary (20% of 20 spots).  On May 11, you are responsible to pay another $100 per person for those 16 spots ($1600), even if you only have 5 people signed up to come to camp.  Between May 11 and June 28 you can decrease to 14 if necessary (10% of 16; rounding up).  On June 28, you are responsible to pay the final balance of $150 per person on 14 spots ($2100), even if you only have 5 people coming to camp.  Got it??
